Clam Masala Fry(Tisro)

INGREDIENTS Clams  Half Coconut(Medium size) 3 Onions  Garlic (7 cloves) Ginger (small piece) Oil  Tumeric Powder ( 1 tbsp) Corrinder Powder (1tsp) 1 Green Chilly Salt Procedure: 1) Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil, add garlic clove and ginger . 2) Add one onion and grated coconut and fry. 3) Remove and let it cool and grind. 4)  Heat a pan. Add one thinly cut onion and fry. Add turmeric, coriander powder,  and  one green chili. Add the   clams, and a little wate r,  and cover the pan. 5) Add coconut paste and a little water and cook for 5 minutes .add coriander and Kokum( 3 small pieces)  Serve with rice, bread or chapatti

How to make macaroni masala at home

  I gre dients: Oil  1 tbsp Butter 2tbs Cumin 1/2 tsp Garlic 1/2 tsp Green Chilly 1  Onion 2 medium size Turmeric 1/2 tsp Kashmari Chilly Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 1 1/2 tsp Tomatoes 1 Tamatoes Ketchup 3 tbsp Grated Cheese  2 cubes  Coriander Leaf (as required) Procedure: 1) Heat a pan and add oil and butter,  add cumin , chopped garlic, green chilly and stir. 2)  In the pan add 2 medium size onion and fry. Add Tumeric, Kashmiri chilly , Coriander powder and s       stir.  fry till onions are  a bit cooked .  3) Add 1 tomatoe and fry . Once again don't allow the onions to brown. Sprinkle Salt.  4) Add Tomato ketchup and mix. Remove the pan from the gas and keep aside. 5) Add Two cup Macorani in boiling water (1/2) liter  and cook till its soft but not too soft. 6) Reheat the pan in which the above sauce was made and add the macorani, add the pasta water and            ...

Watermelon Juice

INGREDIENTS: 500 gms watermelon 2 TBSP Lime Juice Sugar  Procedure   1) De-seed the watermelon and add to the blender, add lemon juice, sugar ,and ice. 2) Blend and serve.
