Corn Fritters

Here is an easy corn fritters fry dish. Its best had on a rainy day. It's quite a budget snack for a large gathering of friends. Ingredients: 2 cups corn( removed form cobs) 2 eggs (beaten) 2 cups flour 3 tsps. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp. melted butter oil for frying Procedure: 1)  Boil the corn in a cooker and remove 4 whistles..Check the corn and make sure they have turned soft. 2) Remove the corn form the cooker and let it cool for a while . Once cooled put the corn in a mixer jar and blend it with little water as possible. Blend till it becomes smooth.      3) Now keep a pan on gas and heat oil and drop spoon full of corn mixture and fry till golden brown, Drain on a paper napkin and serve,

Daal Fry

INGREDIENTS Daal 250 gm Chopped  2 onions  Tomatoes 2 Dry chillies 2   Hing 2 tsp Cumin /Jeera seeds 2 tsp Salt to taste Turmeric  Powder 2 tsp Ginger Garlic 1 tsp Coriander Leaves for Garnish  Cooking oil 3 tsp PROCEDURE 1) Wash the daal around 2 times. Discard the water. Then add more water and soak it . 2) Heat the container and add oil . Let the oil get heated. fry cumin/ jeera seeds for half a minute and then add onions. 3) Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry for a few seconds. Next add turmeric powder.Add tomatoes and fry till the tomatoes become soft. 4) Add salt and satute. Add  some coriander leaves , keeping half for garnish later . Add daal and saute for a minute. 5 ) Add water and let it cook . check for salt.          serve with chapatti and roti.   

LIME JUICE

TIME TAKEN : 5 MINS  SERVES : 1 Ingredients: 1 Cup water  Lime-1 Sugar- 1 or 2 tablespoon Salt to taste Ice Cubes-4  <script type="text/javascript"> atOptions = { 'key' : '1d3bb3a9e7d62a40927a4003e3a26c83', 'format' : 'iframe', 'height' : 90, 'width' : 728, 'params' : {} }; document.write('<scr' + 'ipt type="text/javascript" src="//www.topcreativeformat.com/1d3bb3a9e7d62a40927a4003e3a26c83/invoke.js"></scr' + 'ipt>'); </script> Procedure: 1)  Cut the lime in 2 half and squeeze the juice in a glass . 2) Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves. 3) Add a pinch of salt  and stir. drop in a few ice- cube Serve!!!!!!!!

PAPAYA MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS : Papaya- 3 slices  Milk -1 cup Sugar to taste Ice cubes -4 PROCEDURE: 1)Cut three slice of papaya into small cubes and add to the blender 2)Add milk, sugar and ice-cubes and blend for till the papaya pieces are mixed fine. Now add the remaining  a milk along with required sugar to taste and blend.  

BANANA MILKSHAKE

                                   Serves: 2 Time Taken: 5  minutes Ingredients : 2 bananas  1/2 liter milk(500ml) Sugar (2 tablespoon) 4 ice cubes Procedure Blend all the above ingredients in a mixer for 2 minutes and Serve.  

CHICKEN SAUSAGE PEPPER FRY

Serves: 2 Time Taken : 15 mins I NGREDIENTS: 10 Medium size chicken sausage  1 teaspoon oil 1 green chilly 3 Tablespoon tomato sauce(ketchup) 1/4 Teaspoon pepper powder PROCEDURE: 1) Cut the chicken sausages,  as shown in the pic below : 2) Heat a pan and add oil . Gas should be on medium heat. Add medium sliced green chilly and fry for a few seconds. 3) Add chicken sausages and fry for a few minutes . Do not  allow it to burn .  4) Add tomatoes  sauce and fry for three to four minutes . Now add pepper powder and saute for a few second to get the pepper mixed up to the chicken sausages .  Serve!!! Tips  1) Gas should be on medium flame to avoid burning the sausage

CHICKOO MILKSHAKE

 INGREDIENTS ; 5 Chikoo/Sapota 1/2 Liter Milk Sugar as per sweetness PROCEDURE: Discard the seeds ,skin and the white part which is found in middle of the chickoo.  Add the chickoo and sugar in mixer and blend  till the mixture becomes soft.  Now add milk  and blend for 1 minute . Serve
