Kadi Padta leaves , the English name  "Murraya Koneigii"  is healing health drink. Procedure : 1) We need 7 strips of curry leaves which need to be removed    ,washed .                2 )      In  a container, one cup  water  and add  the  leaves, bring it upto  boil  and   let  it   boil for a minute .  3) Let it  cool. Goan Sausages Fry

                        Ingredients: 3 Medium Size Onion   Salt to taste 1. The Sausages have to slit and removed from        the skin.  2. Cut the onions and add to pan along with the  sausages and fry. The oil from the sausages will  be   sufficient , don't add any more oil.     3. Fry till the sausages are cooked . Can fry and add potatoes ,Capsicum if one prefers.
