Clam Masala Fry(Tisro)

INGREDIENTS Clams Half Coconut(Medium size) 3 Onions Garlic (7 cloves) Ginger (small piece) Oil Tumeric Powder ( 1 tbsp) Corrinder Powder (1tsp) 1 Green Chilly Salt Procedure: 1) Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil, add garlic clove and ginger . 2) Add one onion and grated coconut and fry. 3) Remove and let it cool and grind. 4) Heat a pan. Add one thinly cut onion and fry. Add turmeric, coriander powder, and one green chili. Add the clams, and a little wate r, and cover the pan. 5) Add coconut paste and a little water and cook for 5 minutes .add coriander and Kokum( 3 small pieces) Serve with rice, bread or chapatti
